Great location, friendly staff, good price.

Superb location

I requested an early checkin and it was confirmed online.We arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock and the staff informed us that we had to wait till 11 o'clock as no rooms were available.We were very tired and had kids with us

I didn’t like anything everything is need pay even for reheat food need pay !!!

Room size is very spacious. Location is very covenient. Whole sale market is near the door steps.street food stalls and restraunts are arond the hotel.

Bath roomis very small Bath tub need a step to get into and get out.very high. A handle bar should be installed to get bettet grids when coming out from bath tub. Bath room with tiolet is very small,also need good cleaning.too.

The location is strategic for night market, sightseeing and shopping. There are quite a number of halal restaurants and food stall, so it is convenience for Muslim traveler. Easy to take Grab or Tuk-Tuk and the area is safe for walking since there are many people, local and tourist.

Since the suites is located at the center of a night market, vehicle access is inconvenience. Expect heavy traffic for cars to go through. Better to walk.

Location was central to the pratanum shopping area with lots of great shopping and eating places. Staff was helpful and tried hard to provide good service

Older, musty smell in rooms, mildew and mold in bathroom walls and doors, rusty fixtures in bathtub, lots of bird poop on window and ledges, stained headboards and carpets, dark lobby and lift landing

Location is good. The property is not well maintained

Air conditioner in bedroom was not cold and the outside one was quite cold . Bed was not evenly firm but squishy when turned.

Very bad stinking toilets without any ventilation facility ( room no 287)....noisy ac inspite of changing indoor unit position than earlier, unclean sofa , lights in shabby shape and less light

The hotel is in a good spot for shopping,

The hotel needs a massive face-lift. The colour of the brown wood everywhere is a no-no, and the windows on the 37 floor we're dirty, not a good look for the hotel. Things in the bathroom are coming off, and the Internet is useless. As soon as you step out of the room, you have no Internet at all. And many more things they could improve at this hotel. Trying to get a taxi was not good at all because you are right in the centre of the market and the cars' bikes and people are everywhere.

Room - totally different with showing in hotel website and real room condition is totally different. Cleanness, room facilities, hotel staff for communication (less people speaking english).Especially Hotel provide wifi is really disappointed, can't login as per hotel reception provide user name & password.Called to Reception, no action taken. Very bad customer care and support.But everything is additional charges, we request one hours late check out , can't get. After we pay additional charges for 5 hours, room is suddenly free and can get extension. Very poor supporting.We paid for additional extra bed, we requested for additional tower for shower, no provided. Reception staffs are very poor communication room cleanness, bathroom facilities is very bad, not available exhaust fan in toilet and all smell are lock inside toilet. this is very bed arrangement.Overall , really very bad hotel , totally different with website, only is hotel in good location.

The location

22 floor which we stayed was horrible like a go down Room was old room no 223Room. Next to 223 was in maintenance and dusty There was no other guest on the floor

Only the location walking distance to shopping.

Internet was socks and aircon not really cold.

The location and the height is nice.The location is perfect for shopping lovers.

Housekeeping is bad. They don't clean the whole suite. Only makes the bed, changes the towel, that's it.I stayed for 6 days in an Executive suite. The balcony was dirty and we were not allowed to use it.

There behavior very unprofessional. Rooms were durty smelling bad very poor quality hotel

Strategic location

Staff was extremely rude except the one in headscarf. One even scolded us for 'loitering' in the lobby but we were taking photos. Mind you, it wasn't even crowded to begin with. First time i hear guests are not allowed to walk in the lobby . Also no freaking iron was provided. There were laundry services but it takes days.

Hotel Room is very near to Pratunam market and its awesome experience for us.

Room toilet very old and utility facility not good.

1, The Wifi didn't work.2, Required cash deposit on arrival, not credit card. 3, Security banged the door in the middle the night, then said it was a mistake.4, Spring in matress hurt.5, Filthy, sticky, broken old room. Wallpaper hanging, cigerettes stubbed out on walls.6, Could hear rodents (found hole picture)

Nothing that is worth liking except the location, since it’s near platinum mall. But if you’re not planning to go daily, which like us, then no point staying here. There are better hotels with better locations.

Rundown, old and dirty rooms that requires a full renovation before it is fit for staying. The bathrooms had mould and algae all over with tiles have pits and ports that are a concern for staying. The beds were low, pillows were not fluffy. Furnitures had scratches and sofas and cushions had stains. The bath towels were the worst of all, with a blood stains on the first night and a big patch of stain on the ones changed after turndown. The staff were rude and talks down in a demeaning tone, particularly the cashier at check out and the night shift receptionist.
